Japanese retailer Uniqlo is to team up with US brand Theory on a capsule shirt collection for men, reports WWD.

The small shirt collection will consist of three men's polo shirts and one t-shirt, all in Uniqlo's unique perspiration wicking fabrics.

The collection is set to launch in Japan on June 10 and will also be available in-stores globally and on Uniqlo's website.

Prices will range from 1,990 yen to 2,990 yen, or about $US20-30.
