Italian fashion house Prada is seeking senior executives to reorganise its management structure, Chairman Carlo Mazzi told Reuters on Thursday.

Mazzi said the reorganisation aims to make the group less "family-centred" and would likely be completed by the end of the year.
Prada is currently directed by the heir of founder Miuccia Prada, who mainly oversees the creative direction, and her husband Patrizio Bertelli. In the past there has been talk of the possible introduction to the group of the role of general manager.
