Nike names Steve Lesnard VP, GM of Global Running

Nike announced on Monday the appointment of Steve Lesnard to VP, GM of Global Running. The appointment is effective on August 1.

 
The 19-year Nike veteran held leadership positions in the Footwear and Brand sectors and in many regions. Lesnard served as Global Running Brand VP from 2008 to 2012 and led the company’s campaigns for the London and Beijing Olympics, and he also served as Western Europe Brand VP from 2012 to 2014. He currently serves as VP, GM of Running for North America.

Lesnard succeeds Patrick Seehafer who will become VP, Europe Merchandising. In addition, Lesnard will report to Jayme Martin, Nike VP, GM Global Categories
