Gosha Rubchinskiy is launching a new label -- outside of his namesake brand -- with friend Tolia Titaev, to be stocked at Dover Street Market.

Dubbed 'Paccbet' and pronounced 'Rassviet' (meaning 'dawn'), the fashion line harks on Russian skate culture, the pair having met through the Moscow skate scene eight years ago.

"Paccbet invites the world to discover Russia through skateboarding," reads a description of the new streetwear line on the Dover Street Market website. "It represents a new generation, a new world seen through the eyes of youth."

Much like Rubchinskiys eponymous label, Paccbet is produced by Comme des Garçons. The debut collection boasts a small selection of skateboards, t-shirts, hoodies, and caps, all of which are designed by Titaev himself: a pro-skater, muse and now, fashion designer.

Paccbet launches Saturday September 17 at Dover Street Market and on the DSML e-shop.
