Frank Heissat left the operational management of Le Coq Sportif in mid-2015, due to disagreements on strategy. He has now joined Altamont Capital Partners, as EMEA General Manager of Dakine, and European Strategy Vice-President of Renegade Brands.

The latter was founded in 2014 to support the expansion of the investment fund's action sports brands, featuring Dakine, Mervin, Girl, HUF, Brixton, Fox and Hybrid Apparel. It is worth remembering that Altamont acquired Dakine in 2013 from the Billabong group, then in great difficulty.

Frank Heissat worked nearly 8 years for Nike, before moving to the video games industry by joining Infogames Atari. In 2003 he returned to sports, joining Oxbow's executive committee, then in 2006 he went to Puma. He left the German brand four years later, taking up the role of EMEA Vice-President for Oakley. In June 2013 he was appointed CEO of Le Coq Sportif.
