Bulgari this month reopened its New York City flagship store on the corner of 57th Street and Fifth Avenue at the Crown Building.

The Italian jewelry and luxury goods company signed a 15-year lease for the new store in 2015, and reportedly set a new city record with the signing.
Designed by Peter Marino, the new flagship store brings a piece of Rome to New York City, with opulent marble floors and tables, and gold fixtures. According to the Italian company, the new flagship is the continuation of a project that began in Rome on the fashionable Via Condotti.
The flagship opening comes months after Bulgari renovated its Chicago store on Michigan Avenue. In addition, Bulgari collaborated with Nicolas Kirkwood on the company’s Serpenti Bag, which launched in September.
