Acne gets inspired by emojis for new capsule collection

Everyday objects are taking new life as emojis on Acne Studios new capsule collection. Inspired by the popular digital images, the Swedish brand is releasing a new collection this August with ordinary objects as the protagonists.

Printed onto wardrobe staples such as sweatshirts, T-shirts, knitwear, caps and sneakers, the unique images give classic styles a new twist. The range also includes highly detailed compact embroideries of oversized microphones, bananas and doughnuts, alongside a pig’s nose and a brown swirl of mousse.

Meanwhile, a jacquard sweater incorporates hot dog emojis with a knitted pattern.  

With prices from 120 to 400 euros, the collection will land in stores and online beginning of August 2016.
