Stephens has worked for Liberty since 2013. When he was acknowledged as one of Drapers' "30 under 30", he was described by Managing Director Ed Burstell as "a great trend-tracker, super-smart and a wonderful ambassador for Liberty the brand. I have every confidence he will be one of the industry’s major influencers. He has all the ingredients for success: brains, talent and an ability to work across categories and with different personalities.”

Previous to his time at Liberty, Stephens worked as a Production and Creative Projects Manager at i-D Magazine and as the Advertising and Production Manager at Vice Media, among other roles. He took up his new role at Ted Baker this month.

Ted Baker recently announced that its full-year profit rose by nearly a fifth, due to strong demand for its offbeat fashions and the opening of new stores from Mexico to the Middle East. Profit rose rose 18.6% to £58.7m in the year ended January 30.
