Since the end of July, the Ralph Lauren businesses in France are legally directed by a trio of managers. Simon Kemmet, Fredrik Malm and Laura Montana are the new General Managers of RL Retail France, Ralph Lauren France and Ralph Lauren Paris.

They took over from Daniel Cugni who, according to legal records, was General Manager ad interim of the three companies.

The change also applies to the various Ralph Lauren enterprises in Europe, whose headquarters are located in Plan-Les-Ouates, Switzerland.  Since July, the three managers are also directors of Ralph Lauren Europe SARL.

Since last May, Laura Montana has been the director of legal affairs, administration and compliance. She was formerly in charge of legal affairs at the World Duty Free Group, which she joined in 2011.

Fredrik Malm has been the Senior Vice-President for sales of the EMEA region since last year. A former director at Ecco, he joined Ralph Lauren Europe in 2011 as Vice-President for Sales.

As for Simon Kemmet, he has acted as COO for the EMEA region since the end of 2014. He worked at GSK, followed by Nike where he was Head of Global Business Planning. He joined Ralph Lauren in 2011 as CFO for the EMEA region.

Geoffroy van Raemdonck is the group's President of the EMEA region since 2014.

These changes are taking place while the Ralph Lauren group is in the midst of a restructuring process within which, as announced before the summer, Valérie Hermann has taken on new responsibilities. The Global Brands President is now at the head of Ralph Lauren, Polo Ralph Lauren, Lauren Chaps and Home.

When contacted there was as yet no comment from the company.
