Initially scheduled from January 20 to 24, 2022 but postponed due to health measures imposed by the coronavirus crisis, the Maison & Objet trade show will open its doors on Thursday, March 24 at the Paris-Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center. For four days, the home decor, interior design, and lifestyle fair will bring together about 3,000 brands, including 600 new labels. Event organizers pointed out that 64% of the exhibitors are arriving from abroad.

This new edition, under the theme "New Luxuries", will revolve around 14 categories, including "Smart Gifts" (dedicated to gifts and the art of giving); "Cook and Share" (dedicated to cooking and the art of receiving); "Signature" (for decor and interior design); "Fragrances" (for home and personal fragrances); "Kids & Family" (dedicated to children’s decorations); and "Fashion Accessories".

The Fashion Accessories space, which groups together a product offering that includes bags, jewelry, scarves and clothing, will feature 146 brands including Ma Poésie, the swimwear label Gili's Paris, and jewelry labels Bangle Up, Pascale Lion Paris, Les Néréides and Nach. Barbour, Faguo, Cabaïa and the Royer Group's espadrilles footwear brand, Pare Gabia, will also make an appearance.

The Kids&Family space will host the Hello Hossy accessories brand and Easy Peasy shoes, among others. The Fragrances space will exhibit French brands Kerzon and Minois Paris.

This new edition of Maison&Objet will also see a program of 24 panel discussions on topics such as "The sea, garbage or a resource for our future?" and "New lifestyles, new needs."

Last September, despite lingering uncertainty and major restrictions on long-distance travel, the trade show welcomed a number of 48,641 visitors.
