Lanvin promotes Michèle Huiban to CEO

Michèle Huiban has been named chief executive officer at French luxury house Lanvin. After joining the company in 2008, Huiban was named deputy general manager of the company 2011. After the departure of Thierry Andretta in April, majority shareholder in Lanvin Shaw-Lan Wang named Huiban head of operations.

In this position, Michèle Huiban will continue to work on the brand’s international development, an operation that was spearheaded by its former CEO.

Thierry Andretta has recently been named as the head of Italian jeweller Buccellati, which came under ownership of an Italian investment fund.

Lanvin currently employs 620 staff and owns 35 stores and has 26 franchises across the world, as well as an e-commerce platform.
