Furrier Yves Salomon opens first London boutique
Luxury Parisian label Yves Salomon has inaugurated its first store in London at 20 Conduit Street, in the prestigious Mayfair district. Already present at Harrods, Yves Salomon now has its own, 125-square-metre monobrand store, whose interiors were designed by architect studio Bienenstein Concepts.
The new store was inaugurated on September 12, just before the start of the London Fashion Week, and showcases the luxury label’s men’s, women's and Army collections.
A 75-square-metre Yves Salomon pop-up store will also open for the first time at Selfridges, from November 1 to the end of January 2019. Located on the department store’s third floor, it will present a selection of women’s overcoats and shearling jackets, and will be the second boutique for the luxury label in the UK capital, whose fashion week banned fur on the catwalk this season.
Yves Salomon is available at 500 retail outlets worldwide, and in mid-December it will open its 14th monobrand boutique, a 51-square-metre store in the French Alpine resort of Courchevel.
The label operates monobrand stores in the UK, the USA, Russia, Hong Kong, China and Morocco. In 2017, it generated a revenue of €70 million, €10 million more than in the previous year.
