FC Barcelona has opened a new store on Barcelona’s Passeig de Gràcia. Spreading over 3,229 square metres of space across two floors, the store is the football club’s largest in central Barcelona.

The space was designed in collaboration with Nike to create a retail destination where football followers can have access to a wealth of products and services.

In addition to FC Barcelona’s exclusive merchandise, the store will carry a selection of Nike products such as football boots, trainers and sports equipment. The store will create 28 jobs.

FC Barcelona has five retail branches in the capital of Catalonia. The store on Passeig de Gràcia, Barcelona’s premier shopping destination, was launched two days before the ‘El Clasico’: Barcelona vs Real Madrid.

Barcelona and Nike have recently extended their long-term kit deal, which was due to expire at the end of 2018. The new €155m-a-season kit deal will run until 2023 and the club’s members will have the chance to vote in favour of a further five-year extension until the end of June 2028.
