Dutch womenswear chain Purdey sold to O&C investments

Dutch womenswear chain, Purdey, has been sold to O&C investments, according to Dutch newspaper Het Financieele Dagblad. The news comes three months after the bank turned its lending to parent company Brova Groep, since the company has been struggling with financial difficulties for eight years.
O&C investments takes over all of the 22 Purdey branches from parent company Brova Groep, who owned Purdey from 2009.
The first Purdey store opened its doors in 1980. In addition to its own label, Purdey, the fashion chain carries brands such as Arma, Brax, and Josephine & Co. Items are priced between €29,95 and €259,95
Purdey was sold to O&C investments for an undisclosed amount.
