International luxury brands Delpozo, Red Valentino and Boutique 1 are coming to London this summer after striking deals with property management firm Cadogan to open flagship stores at 131 Sloane Street.

The brands are opening their first UK store at 131 Sloane Street - Cadogan

Delpozo’s London flagship will occupy 3,000 sq ft across two floors, marking the opening of the Spanish brand’s second standalone store under the creative direction of Joseph Font.

Red Valentino will showcase its womenswear collections in a 2,500 sq ft boutique only minutes away from its parent brand’s store at 174 Sloane Street, while multi-brand retailer Boutique One will open an 11,500 sq ft boutique with double frontage across three floors.

Boutique One’s first UK store will build on its already established concept across the Middle East, and offer some of the world’s most coveted designers including Galvan, Alexander Wang, Proenza Schouler and Adam Lippes, as well as nail salon, a juice bar and a library area.

Hugh Seaborn, Chief Executive of Cadogan said: “These three international luxury brands are an exciting addition to the south end of Sloane Street. Each of them brings something different and fresh to the area, complementing the elegance of the street and reaffirming its unique place on the international shopping scene.”

The deals leave only two retail units available at 131 Sloane Street’s development, which is due for completion in 2020. The redevelopment of the elegant six-storey building has involved a multi-million pound investment to enhance the leading shopping destination.
