Coach recruits Caroline Deroche Pasquier and Jo Baldwin

New York's Coach, Inc. on Wednesday announced a strengthening of its brand communications organization with two key appointments focused on elevating the brand message globally.

Caroline Deroche Pasquier will join Coach as Senior Vice President, Global Public Relations and Communications, effective in early calendar 2016, while Jo Baldwin will join the luxury accessories and lifestyle brand later this month as Vice President, Global Head of Creative Studio. They will both report to CEO Victor Luis and Executive Creative Director Stuart Vevers.

In her new role as Senior Vice President, Global Public Relations and Communications Pasquier will be responsible for defining and driving the global public relations and brand communications strategy, partnering with leaders throughout the organization to create and deliver a consistent and cohesive brand story, in support of Coach’s modern luxury positioning.

Pasquier joins Coach from LVMH, where she has been the Worldwide Communication Director for Givenchy. Prior to Givenchy, Ms. Pasquier was the International Press and Public Relations Director for the Louis Vuitton brand and started her career in worldwide press for Yves Saint Laurent.

Additionally, Jo Baldwin will join Coach later this month as Vice President, Global Head of Creative Studio. In this role, she will be responsible for the concept, design and development of all image-led creative. She will set and maintain brand standards and ensure consistency in how the Coach story is told, reinforcing its modern luxury positioning both in visual imagery and voice across all touch points.

Baldwin joins Coach from Net-a-Porter where she most recently led all visual direction as the Executive Creative Director for Net-a-Porter.com. Prior to Net-a-Porter, Baldwin spent her career in the editorial world, working as a designer and art director with increasing levels of responsibility at lead fashion publications in the United Kingdom, including Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar and Glamour.
