Italian leather goods and accessories maker Furla is looking to roll out a 436 sqm. flagship store at the basement and ground floors of 71 Brompton Road. The landlord has increased the depth of the basement and is putting in a new shop front in keeping with the style of the building above, and creating a new level ground floor.

The same work will be done at 73 Brompton Road, which Diesel is looking to promote as its flagship London store. The Diesel store will get a new shopfit on a parallel with the brand's recent opening on Madison Avenue in New York. The boutique measures 429 sqm.

Finally, Watches of Switzerland has relocated to a bigger, 892 sqm. space on 47-51 Brompton Road. The space will include an in-store Patek Philippe boutique.

"The stretch of properties on Brompton Road has access to strong footfall and big spending customers and it's why we are seeing that increased interest from premium brands as we continue to make improvements to the units," said Sarah Waller, asset manager at Chelsfield.
