Bella Hadid stars in J.W. Anderson F/W 16 ad campaign

One of the most high-profile models of the moment has been enlisted by the J.W. Anderson brand to be the face of its fall-winter 2016 collection which has a strong cinematic theme. The younger Hadid sister's star continues to rise as an increasing number of fashion brands are eager to work with her.

This is a first for the J.W. Anderson fashion brand, which does not normally include celebrity models in its ad campaigns. Jonathan Anderson, the brand's creative director and founder, has pulled out all the stops by calling on Bella Hadid, one of the most in-demand models of the season.

By way of comparison, for spring-summer 2016, the J.W. Anderson campaign took the form of a tiny postage stamp with an image of the model Mayka Merino.

Inspired by the world of cinema, the new campaign is photographed by Jamie Hawkesworth, one of the brand's faithful collaborators. Shot in the countryside a few kilometers from London, the campaign looks like an open book. Bella Hadid is pictured on the page on the right, in color or in black and white, and on the left is an image of a child with a puppet.

The brand has already uploaded two photos from the campaign to its Instagram account, thus revealing the key trends in its F/W 16 collection -- peplum-trimmed blouses and asymmetric pieces.

Bella Hadid is not short of work at the moment. She's a favorite of the couture and ready-to-wear brands and the new face of Dior Beauté, and has already shot campaigns for Calvin Klein and Givenchy for F/W 16.

Gigi Hadid's sister was also in Paris in July for the haute couture shows. She walked the runway for a string of big-name fashion houses including Fendi, Dior, Atelier Versace and Alexandre Vauthier.
