& Other Stories announces expansion plans after launch success

& Other Stories is gearing up for a second spurt of store openings in 2014 following the success of the brand's launch in spring this year. At this stage, parent group H&M has confirmed the opening of a second store in the German capital of Berlin for a few weeks time. The chain currently has stores in 7 European capitals.

According to an WWD interview with H&M CEO Karl-Johan Persson, the brand is looking to open 15 to 20 new stores in 2014. Does this mean we can expect to see the chain's edgy, modern designs set foot outside of Europe?
