​Forever 21 set to launch in Poland this year

The California-based retailer Forever 21 is set to open several stores in Poland this year, averaging 1,000-1,600 m² of space.

The brand, popular in the US for offering some of the hottest trends in the fashion industry at accessible price points, will be advised and represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

In Europe, Forever 21 operates through a subsidiary called Teren Management Europe, which is responsible for the company’s expansion in Central and Eastern Europe and specifically in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Greece, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Switzerland and Portugal.

“We are very excited for entering the Polish Market and we want to offer all consumers a unique shopping experience by providing a captivating and exciting store environment. said Mr. Alexandros Doukas, CEO of Teren Management Europe.

“The Polish market needs such fashion concepts,” said Renata Kusznierska, Head of Retail Agency at Cushman & Wakefield. “Customers keep looking for new products and want to have access to international brands."

Forever 21’s first stores in Poland are scheduled to open in 2016.
