The designers Tim Coppens & Paul Smith in the spotlight at the 91st edition of Pitti Uomo

Pitti Uomo's biannual menswear rendez-vous has just taken place in Florence in Italy. More and more dynamic, the world’s largest trade Fair for Men’s fashion combines events, shows and prestigious guests. And for this 91st edition, two designers are in the spotlight.First up Tim Coppens, an on trend Belgian designer, established in New York, decided to present his masculine autumn/winter 2017/18 collection at the show, incorporating some female pieces. His presentation demonstrates a fresh take on sportswear, which is increasingly chic and urban for the upcoming season.Another guest designer is Paul Smith, who was first honoured at the Pitti Uomo in the early 1990s and returns this season, on better form then ever to put forward his secondary fashion line called Ps by Paul Smith. The collection is dynamic, practical and high tech :it features suits that do not wrinkle, reversible jackets, and multiple details such as reflective bands and elastics to hold the bottom of the pants, if cycling or dancing. This was another presentation full of positive energy, that perfectly reflected its founder.Music free of right (Bandit & Nikit, 2016)
