Luxury fur retailer J. Mendel, Japanese neo-futurist Yuima Nakazato, Italian designer Francesco Scognamiglio, returning three-time Dutch Design Awards winner Iris Van Herpen, and Demna Gvasalia's Vetements collective have been invited to join the Haute Couture association as guests.

Aouadi, Guo Pei, Ilja, Julien Fournié, Ralph&Russo, Schiaparelli, Ulyana Sergeenko and Zuhair Murad maintain their guest membership status.

Each will have the opportunity to show their collections at the Autumn / Winter 2016-17 Haute Couture Fashion Week in Paris, which takes place July 3 - 7, 2016.

Two days later on July 9, Pierre Cardin will display his own collection in Lacoste, south east France, at the Marquis de Sade's château, which he owns.
