Bol.com named as one of six companies offering best customer experience

The Netherlands' leading etailer Bol.com has been named as one of six companies offering the best digital customer experience. The etailer offers accessories and luxury jewelry from brands such as Michael Kors, Hugo Boss and Valentino, as well as CDs, books and electronics.

Research firm WUA's Digital Excellence Monitor summarized all independently conducted online orientation surveys, conducted by WUA in the period August 2016 - July 2017. In total, more than 9,950 respondents reviewed over 2,423 websites in 7 sectors, including telecom, travel, retail, finance, insurance, energy and automotive. The other five companies that came out as best in offering digital customer services, according to WUA are: travelers' association ANWB, amusement park Efteling, energy supplier Greenchoice, Your Mastercard and telecom provider Ziggo.

With the Digital Excellence Monitor, WUA aims to support companies perform better in customer experience, in order for them to sell more online. In addition to publishing a list of best performing companies, the digital excellence monitor also provides instructions for companies on how to improve their digital customer experience.
