The fashion press is buzzing that Louis Vuitton may be teaming up with cult-worshipped streetwear brand Supreme for an upcoming collaboration.

Earlier Wednesday morning, Louis Vuitton’s Artistic Director of menswear Kim Jones posted a photo of a Supreme sticker over a Louis Vuitton logo. The post was quickly deleted after fans called out the possible collaboration.

Jones has publically stated he is a fan of the brand and was even spotted at the opening of Supreme’s Paris outpost in early 2016.

To add fuel to the fire, a model at Louis Vuitton’s most recent menswear show reportedly snapped a photo of an item from the collaboration – a white knit sweater that incorporated both Louis Vuitton’s iconic monogramming and Supreme’s sought-after box logo.

This is a big change from the past. In 2000, Louis Vuitton sued Supreme over Supreme’s unauthorized use of the LV logo monogramming on a skateboard deck. But since LVMH appointed Kim Jones to the menswear helm in 2011, the brand has been more open to streetwear collaborations. Kim Jones, separate from Louis Vuitton, released a collaboration with Nike just a few years ago. In November, Louis Vuitton teased an accessories collection designed with streetwear label Fragment Design.
